Cancellation
  • Written cancellation received before 15th August 2019: a refund of the total fee will be made.
  • From 15th August 2019 to 15th September, a refund of 50% will be made.
  • After 15th September 2019 refunds will not be possible.

All registration fees include 21 % VAT. Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or standard), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

* Official confirmation of the status is required to be sent to the email: immediately after the registration (valid student ID card scanned from both sides or another proof of full-time study).

Information on how to book accommodation at a special rate for ISK2019 will be sent to all registered participants by email.

The organizers strongly advise all not to work with any unauthorized vendors/companies who may offer you hotel reservation services by phone / email with "discounted conference rates" and try to obtain your personal data including credit card details.

Abstract submission for late poster presentation still open
Deadline of registration and payment of a registration fee of authors of late poster presentations extended to 31 August 2019
Please note that registration of the presenting author is mandatory. The deadline for the presenting author’s registration and payment of a registration fee is extended to 31 August 2019. If the presenting author has not registered and has not completed the payment of the registration fee by this date, the presentation will be withdrawn from the program.
Instruction
  • All abstracts must be submitted only via the Online Abstract Submission Form (link is sent by email after the participant registration). Abstracts submitted by email or other means will not be accepted.
  • The abstract must be submitted in English.
  • The authors are responsible for the content and the language quality of the abstract.
  • Authors will be notified about the delivery of their abstract by email immediately. In case that you will not receive confirmation within 1 hour, please check your spam folder. In case of no confirmation email received, please contact us at
  • Please select the session most related to your abstract and the desired presentation form for your abstract. However be aware, that the organizer reserves the right to decide on the definitive session and type of presentation after abstract evaluation.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the international advisory scientific committee for oral or poster presentation.  
Publication of abstracts

The authors of submitted abstracts agree with publication of their abstracts (without further reviewing) in the Abstract Book (electronic and/or printed version) to be distributed to all participants at the Symposium.

Please be aware that abstracts submitted after 26 August 2019 will not be included in the official ISK2019 Abstract book.
